Business Development Intern (Intern-to-Perm) – AI/GenAI Golf Startup

Our fast-growing A.I. sports startup — backed by $8 million in funding — is revolutionizing the world of golf and other sports through cutting-edge artificial intelligence, and we’re looking for a Business Development Intern to join our core team.
This is an Intern-to-Perm opportunity designed for recent graduates or motivated self-starters eager to break into the exciting intersection of sports, technology, and business development.

Sparrow is redefining coaching with AI-driven motion analysis and real-time feedback, starting with golf and expanding into soccer, yoga, physical therapy, and more.
Our flagship app, Sparrow Golf, has already helped over 500,000 users improve their swing through personalized, AI-powered coaching. We’re pioneering Agentic apps – smart AI coaches that interact naturally through voice and gestures, delivering human-like guidance and support.
What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with organizations, partners, and potential ambassadors — from sports entities to celebrity representatives.
Confidently lead outreach efforts via calls, meetings, and emails to introduce the Sparrow platform and secure strategic partnerships.
Strategize creative ways to grow our partnerships and endorsements pipeline, collaborating closely with leadership.
Contribute to strategic projects by performing research, assisting with financial modeling, and identifying key growth opportunities.
Represent Sparrow with enthusiasm and professionalism — whether speaking to athletes, agents, or executives.

Comfortable cold calling, networking, and approaching new contacts with ease.
A genuine interest in business, A.I., and sports — maybe you’ve played one before!

Compensation & Perks
$200/week stipend for the 8-month internship.
