Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications in Azure.
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical implementations using Azure DevOps.
Coordinate development work across multi-site teams.
Plan, track, and deliver enhancements and bug fixes in collaboration with R&D DevOps Data Insights teams.
Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Estimate development tasks using structured breakdown methodologies.
Deliver features aligned with content scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
Propose multiple technical solutions and adapt to evolving requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Strong experience in C# and .NET full stack development
UI/UX design principles and implementation
Relational database experience (SQL Server preferred)
SQL & T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, views)
Experience with configuration management tools (Azure DevOps, Git)
Experience developing and deploying applications to Microsoft Azure
Unit and integration testing practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder engagement capability
Organized, methodical, and self-driven
Ability to manage cross-regional coordination
Ownership mindset from requirement gathering to production deployment
Ability to provide accurate task estimation

Experience with: Azure Functions, ASP.NET MVC (Razor), HTML5 / JavaScript, Azure App Services
Microsoft Entra ID knowledge
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud applications
