Job Description:

Techno-Functional Consultant role supporting GCP-based data analytics initiatives for a federal client.
Lead Data Analysis activities to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to optimize and modernize enterprise workflows.
Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and analytics strategies.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance with federal standards.
Support dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics for decision-making.
Provide functional documentation, process maps, and technical specifications.
