Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Location: 100% REMOTE (EST Shift candidate preferred)

Project Duration: 06-12 months with possible extension

(Candidate must be available to take the BSA Glider Assessment Test on the same day. Assessment link will be shared after the initial discussion)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking exp in SQL, DB2 database with recent Healthcare client experience.

Collaborates with business owners/stakeholder to understand business needs, processes project specifications, business case development, cost sheet analysis and data sources.. Analyzes data to determine business problem, trends, or opportunities for process improvements. Responsible for testing, and provides root cause analysis and corrective action plan. Responsible for verification that the delivered application requirements meet the customer needs based on the specifications, ensuring minimal defects in both UAT and production.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Analyze data, processes, and systems to drive business solutions
Support testing (including automated testing), UAT, and defect resolution
Perform root cause analysis and risk management
Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment

Qualifications:

3–5 years or more of BA experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with SQL, DB2, and testing tools
Strong Excel and communication skills
Agile experience preferred
Healthcare/Dental client experience
