Job Specifications

Position: Physics Expert (PhD, Master’s, or Olympiad Participant)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Write original, advanced Olympiad-style physics problems designed to challenge frontier AI models.
Evaluate AI-generated solutions for correctness, clarity, rigor, and presentation quality.
Identify logical gaps, incomplete reasoning, or insufficiently rigorous proofs.
Provide clear, concise, and correct solutions with step-by-step reasoning using LaTeX formatting.
Maintain exceptionally high standards for problem difficulty, precision, and mathematical rigor.

Requirements

Master’s or PhD in Physics (or a related field), or experience as a participant or medalist in physics Olympiads (e.g., IPhO or equivalent).
Strong proficiency in writing and formatting technical documents using LaTeX.
Deep understanding of core theoretical and experimental physics concepts.
Ability to clearly articulate derivations, reasoning, and assumptions in written form.
Strong skill in evaluating the rigor, novelty, and complexity of physics problems.
High attention to detail when verifying solutions and logical consistency.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, research-driven environment.
