Telehealth Clinicians | $100/hr | Multi-State Preferred

Mishe is scaling its a multi-state network of licensed telehealth clinicians to power the next generation of self-funded employer health plans.

We currently serve thousands of members across GA, SC, NY, TX, UT, VA, and AZ (expanding), and many of our members travel frequently. Multi-state licensure is preferred, though not required.

We believe that access to quick, high-quality assistance keeps people healthy and happy — and we’ve seen it time and time again. As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we’re making a formal push to expand our clinician roster.

Our platform:

HIPAA-compliant unified access + light EMR
Secure, doxy.me-style virtual interface with secure chat and video chat
Ambient AI to streamline documentation
Built-in referrals for continuity of care
Dedicated care coordinators and case managers to stage visits, schedule appointments, and support transitions

You focus on care — we bring the demand and support the rest.

Compensation: $100/hour

No transaction fees. No marketing costs. No platform cuts.

We’re actively seeking clinicians in:

Weight management, urgent care, behavioral health, psychiatry, diabetes, allergy, ER triage, nutrition, and primary care.

Requirements:

Active U.S. license + malpractice coverage. Telehealth-ready mindset. Multi-state preferred.
