This role is perfect for someone with a genuine can-do attitude, who is happy to roll their sleeves up, get stuck in and support wherever needed. If you’re organised, approachable, and enjoy being the person who helps everything run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

From welcoming visitors and candidates, to supporting new starters, engagement events and internal communications, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects our fun, inclusive and distinctive culture.

This role is admin-heavy, but never dull. It suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in the detail, and is always willing to jump in and help - no task too small, no two days the same.

What you’ll be doing

Office & Colleague Experience

Managing the Joe Browns Staff Shop and supporting colleagues with purchases
Helping maintain a welcoming, well-presented office environment

About You

Is comfortable handling confidential information
Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Has a positive, can-do attitude and is genuinely happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed
Experience supporting HR, recruitment, events or internal communications is a bonus but attitude, enthusiasm and people skills are absolutely key.
