Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain user identities in Active Directory and Azure AD
Manage enterprise license allocation and secure access provisioning
Support Microsoft Exchange Online (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists)
Troubleshoot MS Teams & OneDrive access issues (authentication, permissions, licensing)
Process access requests and manage identity-related tickets
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM processes
Provide file recovery support (VSS and backup solutions)
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, FTI, FERPA requirements

Required Experience:

4+ years – Windows Active Directory & Azure AD Identity Administration

2+ years – PowerShell scripting

2+ years – Microsoft Exchange Online support

2+ years – MS Teams & OneDrive backend troubleshooting

Strong communication skills (heavy interaction with technical teams & end users)

Highly Desired:

Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP troubleshooting)

File recovery & backup experience

Information security exposure

Strong documentation skills
