The role
Are you passionate about improving how businesses work through automation and smart use of technology? We are looking for a Platform Specialist to help streamline and optimise processes across LiveMore using low-code SaaS tools and AI-driven automation.
This role focuses on delivering practical, high-impact workflow improvements without requiring core engineering changes. You will work closely with teams across the business to remove manual processes, improve data flows between systems, and enable scalable, efficient operations.
You will collaborate with the LiveMore Technical Team while maintaining a strong connection to business users, helping translate operational needs into automated solutions. This role offers exposure to finance, mortgages, and modern SaaS platforms, with opportunities to grow into broader development or DevOps-focused roles over time.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain low-code workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, HubSpot, Aircall, and JIRA
Replace manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with automated digital solutions
Integrate SaaS systems using native connectors and APIs
Create AI agents and chatbots using low-code tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio
Support policy-driven automation and system-ready configuration files
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
Document workflows and ensure auditability
Experience and Competencies
Strong experience with SaaS platforms and low-code automation tools
Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, HubSpot, JIRA, and Aircall
Experience translating Excel-based processes into automated workflows
Understanding of software development concepts
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot Studio
Python experience desirable but not essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
