IT Support Engineer (Bilingual French & English)

Location: 51 Rue La Boétie, Paris

Rate: €290–€300 per day

Contract Length: 6 Months

Working Hours: 7-hour day (07:00–15:00 or 11:00–19:00)

Overtime: Weekend overtime available

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support within a corporate banking environment in central Paris. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality frontline support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining system reliability across hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to end-users across hardware, software, application, and network-related issues
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
Support corporate mobile devices (configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and security permissions
Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues
Work collaboratively with cross-functional IT teams on upgrades and system improvements
Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and maintain hardware/software asset inventory

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, business applications, and network connectivity
Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional setting
Strong documentation and communication skills

Desirable

Previous experience within a banking or financial services environment
Experience working onsite within structured, corporate environments

Language Requirement

Must be fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
