Job Description:

Contingent Workforce Program

We’re looking for a detail driven, systems savvy Contingent Workforce Operations Partner to support and elevate Client’s global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity across Workday and ServiceNow, streamline CW lifecycle processes, and partner cross functionally with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve escalations and keep our program running seamlessly.

What You’ll Own

• Manage CW reporting updates, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn.

• Review and approve CW Knowledge Articles;?maintain?content governance and annual audits.

• Partner with cross-functional teams for the system configuration for CW onboarding, access set up, data maintenance, and offboarding CWs

• Act as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns.

• Oversee Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) updates and contribute to program governance.

• Partner with cross functional teams on provisioning access related issues and resolve other complex operational issues

• Review and approve Small Business SOWs and ensure compliance with CW processes.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn)

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation tools i.e. Co-Pilot

• Client Learning, Cornerstone, LMS or training tool experience

• 3+ years with a Contingent Workforce Program in Operations

• Strong problem solver with technical expertise?in?troubleshooting system issues

• 2-3 years of background in Project/ Program Management experience

• Ability to partner across multiple teams

• Strong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures

• Identify process improvements opportunities

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50–$54/hr. on W2. Benefits will be available, and details are available at the following links:
