Job Specifications

Alderson Loop is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build modern, user-centric applications while contributing across the full stack. This role is ideal for a developer with deep front-end expertise who can also support backend services and cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, accessible web applications using React and/or Angular.
Contribute to backend services and APIs supporting UI functionality.
Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize performance and usability across web applications.
Integrate front-end components with AWS-hosted services and APIs.
Support AI-enabled UI features such as chat interfaces and intelligent forms.

Required Qualifications

5–8+ years of full stack development experience.
Strong expertise in React or Angular.
Experience consuming and building RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with backend development (Python, .NET, or Node).
Experience with AWS-hosted applications.
Strong understanding of responsive design and UI performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design systems or component libraries.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Exposure to AI-driven UI components.
