FanRally operates at the intersection of sports, live entertainment, and loyalty. We’re growing quickly and are hiring a Finance & Operations Manager to own the financial and operational backbone of the company and help FanRally scale cleanly, reliably, and without unnecessary friction.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership finance and operations role at a growing company.
You will own the operational backbone of FanRally, including finance, settlements, payroll, compliance, contracts, and onboarding workflows. Your job is to make sure these functions run accurately and predictably without executive involvement.
This is not a COO role.
This is not a strategy role.
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning details, closing loops, and making operations feel invisible.
What You’ll Own
1. Finance & Accounting Operations
You own the financial backbone of the company and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance as we scale.
Includes:
Monthly customer and partner settlements, end to end
Banking, cash movement, expense controls, and monthly close
Financial forecasting and cash planning, with founder input on assumptions
Tax preparation, filings, deadlines, and coordination
Managing outsourced accounting support where appropriate
Ensuring clean, auditable financial processes
2. People Operations & HR
You own the operational side of running a growing team.
Includes:
Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding
Employment compliance and HR administration
Acting as the point person for HR vendors and advisors
Recruiting & Hiring Operations
Own day-to-day recruiting operations, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Manage external recruiters as needed, including relationships, contracts, and performance
Support hiring workflows and candidate logistics through offer and onboarding
Ensuring people operations scale cleanly as the team grows
3. Operational Infrastructure & Risk Management
You ensure FanRally operates securely, compliantly, and without surprises.
Includes:
IT systems, access controls, and SOC 2 compliance
Information security policies, audits, and reviews
New Customer onboarding, security questionnaires, and compliance requirements
Identifying and surfacing operational risks early
4. Contracts, Legal & Vendor Management
You are the internal owner of contracts and external relationships that support the business.
Includes:
Contract workflows, amendments, renewals, and key dates
Coordination with outside legal counsel
Tracking obligations, renewals, and compliance terms
Acting as the point person for operational vendors
5. Customer & Partner Operations
You own the operational side of customer and partner onboarding, ensuring new teams and casinos launch cleanly and on time.
Includes:
Owning customer onboarding workflows, checklists, timelines, and internal handoffs
Managing all onboarding inputs and dependencies, such as assets, data files, seat manifests, and configurations
6. Planning, Process & Execution Support
You help translate growth into execution without creating bureaucracy.
Includes:
Facilitating documentation and improvement of critical operational processes
Supporting leadership during high-volume planning windows
Providing operational backup during periods of increased demand
Managing travel and event logistics for conferences and trade shows
