IBSA internships: Open to college students, and postgraduate students

Internships last 3–9 months

Program Dates: Typically, May – August

Open to college graduates who can commit to full-time or part-time schedules

Interns are paid an hourly rate based on minimum wage requirements, typically $16–$20/hour

Interns work on real-world projects aligned with their interests, contributing to high-impact initiatives and collaborating across departments. From research and departmental support to marketing campaigns, sales planning, business analytics, and HR support, every intern plays a valued role.

Beyond daily tasks, our program includes professional development seminars, mentorship, networking events, and access to IBSA-wide initiatives. Interns are encouraged to participate in employee socials, community service, and other events that reflect our collaborative and inclusive culture.
