Now Hiring: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Dallas, TX ( hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to ensure the day‑to‑day health, security, and usability of our Salesforce ecosystem . This role blends hands‑on admin work with light Business Analyst responsibilities, helping translate business needs into simple, actionable requirements while driving user adoption .
What You’ll Do
Org & Security Administration
Manage users, permission sets/groups, access policies, SSO, and licenses
Apply Salesforce Well‑Architected and least‑privilege principles
Configuration & Automation
Build and maintain declarative automations (Flows, validations, approvals, layouts, Lightning pages, Experience Cloud)
Apply a clicks‑before‑code mindset
Data Quality & Stewardship
Own data hygiene, deduplication, and data loads
Prepare clean files and execute Data Loader / Dataloader.io
Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) for transformations
Business Analysis & Support
Intake and clarify business requests, triage potential bugs, and route issues appropriately
Create light user stories + acceptance criteria
Coordinate UAT and document outcomes
Communicate status updates clearly and proactively
Releases & Change Management
Package and validate admin changes
Support testing/smoke checks and create concise release notes
Bonus: Familiarity with Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps
Training & Adoption
Build simple help content and in‑app guidance
Create reports/dashboards and drive KPI consistency
What We’re Looking For (Required)
5+ years Salesforce admin experience (Sales, Service, Experience)
Strong expertise with Flows and the Salesforce security model
Experience with data loads, deduplication, and strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and documentation habits
Ability to manage a dynamic queue and balance support + configuration + BA responsibilities
Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification
Bonus Points (Preferred)
Advanced Admin (ADM‑211), Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultant certs
Experience working in Agile teams (standups, refinement, planning, demos)
Familiarity with CI/CD + testing tools (Copado, Git, CRT)
Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, CTI integrations
Basic SOQL/Apex troubleshooting awareness
Education
Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
