For a company active in B2B services, located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Financial & Business Analyst who will also be involved in the company’s day-to-day general management.

Having expanded fast in the last years, the company aims at achieving a more comprehensive and in-depth view of its figures.

Financial & Business Analyst – The Role

Customer Financial Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end billing and collections process, acting as the go-to expert to resolve billing inquiries, minimize delays, and maintain accurate figures
System & Process Excellence: Champion the integrity of internal tools (e.g., and workflows to create a frictionless ecosystem for teams
Compliance & External Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and the accounting firm, validating financial inputs for reporting, VAT.
Data-Driven Decision Enablement: Design and deliver actionable tools and reports, transforming raw data into strategic insights for leadership and addressing ad-hoc analytical needs.
Payment & Cash Flow Stewardship: Manage all operational and contractor payments

Financial & Business Analyst – About You

You have graduated with a degree in finance, accounting, economics or in a related field
You have 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. An experience in a startup/scaleup environment is a major asset
You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch is a plus
You are a go-getter with strong analytical skills, and the desire to make a concrete impact in your job

Financial & Business Analyst – The Offer

A salary package aligned with your experience: gross salary between 4000€ and 5000€ with various extralegal benefits. Freelancers are also welcome to apply
