Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, facilitating pre-sales and sales processes, and contributing to the successful integration of software solutions. Collaboration with internal and external teams will be key to delivering tailored and innovative results.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Executives throughout the enterprise sales cycle to drive technical validation and accelerate deal closure
Deliver high-impact technical presentations, executive briefings, architecture workshops, and product demonstrations
Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure solution designs
Support RFP/RFI technical responses and security reviews
Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications

Strong experience in Consulting, Presales, and Sales
Deep understanding of machine identity and digital certificate management
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk (Venafi) platforms is highly advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
