Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

• Manage customer accounts, update CRM systems, and track sales data.

• Handle order processing and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate team.

3. Sales Coordination:

• Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.

• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless sales operations.

• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability for client orders.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify trends.

• Assist in forecasting sales figures and setting targets.

• Monitor customer feedback and provide actionable insights to the sales team.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and suggest process enhancements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market conditions.

• Support the implementation of new tools or systems to streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with sales software and reporting tools is an advantage.

3. Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

4. Knowledge:

• Understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and order management.
