ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and commercial initiatives that drive brand visibility, pipeline development, and revenue growth across North America.
This role acts as a key operational link between Marketing and Sales, with a strong emphasis on event coordination, campaign execution, lead management, and CRM discipline. The position is hands-on, execution-focused, and well suited to someone early in their marketing career who is looking to grow within a B2B technology environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Coordination
Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead conversion.
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing initiatives aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
Support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement activities across digital and offline channels.
Coordinate multichannel campaigns, including planning, execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
Manage marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent) to support segmentation, campaigns, and customer journeys.
Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to support marketing execution.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and support brand positioning.
Sales Coordination
Act as the operational bridge between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on priorities, campaigns, and pipeline objectives.
Coordinate lead management processes, including qualification, assignment, tracking, and follow-up in Salesforce.
Maintain CRM data accuracy, ensuring clean opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and reliable reporting.
Support the sales team with preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documentation.
Track sales pipeline performance and support forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure timely execution of commercial activities and client commitments.
Support post-campaign analysis by linking marketing performance to sales outcomes and revenue impact.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, commercial operations, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting B2B marketing or sales activities.
Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent) is an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Prior exposure to the mining, industrial, or natural resources sectors.
Experience working within a mining technology or industrial software company in a similar coordination or marketing role.
