Job description:
Full-stack application development & troubleshooting: Design, develop, test, and debug web-based applications and Windows services using .NET (C#), Visual Studio, relational databases (Oracle/PLSQL), and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3), with strong focus on performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and reusable component development.
Enterprise systems & DevOps delivery: Build scalable, accessible, and compliant applications deployed in multi-tier, load-balanced environments, leveraging Azure DevOps, Git, and YAML pipelines for CI/CD, automated builds, packaging, and release management across Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms.
Requirements analysis & accessibility compliance: Translate business and technical requirements into functional designs, reports, and system enhancements while ensuring WCAG AA and AODA accessibility standards in web application development.
Cross-team collaboration & stakeholder engagement: Partner with multi-disciplinary technical and business teams to diagnose complex issues (including restricted server-access environments), drive solutions, communicate effectively, and support delivery within public sector and large enterprise environments.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
