About the job: mission & key responsibilities
Ensure the smooth coordination of all Secretariat activities related to EUSEW 2026. Coordinate the calls for sessions, EUSEW Awards, Energy Fair and Sustainable Energy Days in close cooperation with CINEA.
Manage the EU Sustainable Energy Awards process, including coordination of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and the High-Level Jury (briefings, evaluations, follow-up).
Liaise with session organisers, speakers and moderators, and manage the overall information flow and logistics for the Policy Conference.
Prepare and update concept notes, agendas, showflows and scripts for plenary sessions, keynotes and high-level moments.
Ensure coordination with the Communication team, including timely content updates for the website and information materials.
Supervise participant support and helpdesk activities for applicants, organisers and facilitators.
Support and organise coordination meetings, info sessions and rehearsals, including preparation of briefing materials.
Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables, and provide regular status updates and reporting to the Contracting Authority.
Ensure consistency and alignment between the Secretariat, Communication and Event teams throughout the project lifecycle.
About the profile: qualification and skills – Do you fit the role?
Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to work as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
5 years of experience working in a similar role.
Command of English and French, both spoken and written, is a must. Any other language is a welcome asset.
Experience related to the EU institutions or international organisations. A good understanding of global partnerships and previous working experience with partner countries are assets.
