What You'll Do

Lead Development: Design and build scalable single-page applications using React.js across multiple platforms
Collaborate: Work directly with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions
Mentor & Review: Guide junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and best practices
Architect Solutions: Partner with application owners and architects to solve complex engineering challenges
Champion Quality: Ensure React coding hygiene and modern development practices across the team
Full-Stack Contribution: Contribute to end-to-end solutions with strong understanding of the complete stack
Drive Innovation: Participate in application design and maintain high coding standards

Required Skills

Expert-level React.js proficiency with deep understanding of core principles
Strong JavaScript/Typescript fundamentals (ES6+, async programming, closures)
Modern React patterns including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle
State management expertise with Redux or similar libraries
Full-stack system design experience for single-page web applications
HTML5 & CSS3 mastery with responsive design
RESTful and GraphQL API integration experience
Authentication & authorization implementation (JWT, OAuth)
Front-end build tools knowledge (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn)
Code review experience with ability to mentor others
Financial services or regulated industry background

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
