Looking to make a high‑impact move in a scaling engineering organisation?

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing payments Fintech company who are hiring a Head of Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams, work alongside the C-suite, drive delivery excellence, and lead the evolution of their modern cloud‑native platform.

You’ll shape engineering culture, mentor managers and tech leads, oversee technical strategy, and help guide their move toward a Python + AWS environment, while ensuring teams are set up to deliver at scale.

They’re offering £160,000 + 20% bonus, UK or EU flexibility, and remote-first with just one day per month in their London office.
