Service Desk - 2nd Line | Global Investment Firm | £45K - £50K + benefits.
We’re working with a highly respected, global investment organisation that partners with innovative businesses across technology, services, healthcare, and consumer sectors. With a long-standing international presence and a reputation for excellence, this organisation offers a fast-paced, professional environment where technology plays a critical role in supporting the business.
The Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be part of a global IT team delivering exceptional first- and second-line support to users across multiple regions. You’ll act as a key point of contact for technical issues, ensuring a high standard of service through phone, email, remote support, and desk-side assistance.
You’ll take ownership of incidents and service requests from diagnosis through to resolution, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and third parties where required. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll also contribute to projects, documentation, training, and the continuous improvement of IT services.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365
Hands-on knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security and configuration)
Solid understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and general networking concepts
Experience supporting Windows devices, with exposure to Mac, iOS, and Android considered a plus
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and remote support
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative global team
A proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
