Enterprise Account Executive
£60,000 - £70,000 + Commission
Remote (with travel to London and client sites as required)

We are partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking technology business that is transforming how organisations deliver mentoring, coaching, and development programmes through intelligent, scalable solutions.

They are looking to appoint a Enterprise Account Executive to drive pipeline growth, lead consultative discussions with senior stakeholders, and convert high-quality prospects into long-term clients.

This is a pivotal commercial role, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, with strong exposure to the wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline

Lead consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers

Convert qualified prospects into long-term customers

Accurately manage sales activity and forecasting through CRM systems

Contribute to overall commercial growth strategy

Experience & Skills Required

Essential:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience managing pipeline and sales activity within a CRM system

Desirable:

Experience within a start-up, SaaS, or technology-driven environment

Background in AI, HR tech, or learning & development technology

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Skills & Attributes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident leading consultative sales conversations

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections

Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-focused

Resilient with a strong determination to achieve targets
