Role Description

This is a role for a Co-Founder & Lead AI Engineer, initially being offered as equity only until the company is has grown. The individual will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-driven solutions that power the Veritly platform. Responsibilities include building and improving the platform's AI architecture, implementing machine learning models, and driving technical decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to align engineering advancements with Veritly's business objectives, conducting technical research, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and expertise in designing and implementing AI and machine learning models
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts and collaborating with co-founders.
Proficiency in conducting research to enhance intelligent automation and scalability
Advanced programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python, Java), and experience with AI-focused frameworks
