Job Specifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade contact center solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather complex requirements, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive operational efficiency across customer service and support operations.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong Salesforce consulting background who can translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and design for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce implementations
Gather and analyze complex business and contact center requirements
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Cloud architectures
Architect and implement Agentforce solutions to optimize agent productivity and customer experience
Define best practices for case management, omni-channel routing, automation, and reporting
Partner with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals
Provide technical leadership during implementation and post-go-live support
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards
Support integrations and data flows related to service operations

Required Skills & Experience

Core Salesforce Expertise

Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven expertise in Agentforce solution architecture and design
End-to-end Salesforce solution architecture experience

Architecture & Design

Ability to design enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Strong understanding of contact center processes and workflows
Experience translating business requirements into technical designs

Consulting & Communication

Strong background in Salesforce consulting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences

Ideal Candidate Profile

Salesforce Solution Architect (not just admin/developer)

Deep Service Cloud & Agentforce knowledge

Contact center transformation experience

Strong design and problem-solving mindset

Confident working with business and technical teams

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud or Architecture (strong plus)
