Title: Software Licensing Specialist

Duration: Contract (6+ Months)

Location: Toronto, ON

We’re hiring a Software Licensing Specialist to ensure enterprise-wide license compliance and optimize software asset utilization. The role involves analyzing software usage and entitlements, producing Effective License Position (ELP) reports using Flexera, and supporting remediation efforts in collaboration with Product Owners.

Key Skills:

Software Asset Management, Flexera, ServiceNow, License Compliance, EULAs, Contracts, Reporting & Analytics

Requirements:

• Experience in SAM (Software Asset Management) and licensing compliance

• Hands-on experience with Flexera and ServiceNow

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to have:

Banking/ financial services experience, CSAM/ CITAM certification
