Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules
Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes)
Implement Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management solutions
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders
Maintain documentation and follow best practice

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.)
Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and integrations
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certification (CSA / CAD)
Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
Knowledge of additional modules (ITOM / HRSD / CMDB / etc.)

Experience:

[7 – 18 Years] of relevant ServiceNow development experience
