Job Specifications

NYC - hours and days in office will be aligned to when manager is in the office.

Contract to Hire

-2-5 years experience

-Focuses on process reengineering through AI

-Need someone who has experience looking at business processes (preferably some experience with sourcing/procure to pay process), and understands where we can use AI to improve/replace processes and make recommendations

-This person will sit with the manager and challenge their processes to think about how and what they could be doing every day to integrate AI in a different way

-Looking at all the processes and tech they have and will present ideas and workflows that would be more efficient with AI

-They will be listening to the project and solution or listening to the Staffing Office onboarding process and offering solutions and ideas on how we can use AI to make this more efficient

-Will not be leading transformation
