The selected candidate is responsible for designing and building the tooling, automation, and delivery patterns used by application teams. Participates in architectural reviews and platform roadmap planning
Builds, automates, and evolves CI/CD pipelines using cloud native solutions or infrastructure as code
Contributes to platform standards, reference architectures, and technical decision-making processes
Delivers engineered platform solutions with complete documentation, reference architectures, and operational handoff to administrator teams
Provides after-hours and on-call support as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or software engineering roles, including at least 3 years in a DevOps/Kubernetes platform engineering capacity
1+ year hands-on experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role
Strong CI/CD engineering experience (GitHub Actions, Flux v2, Argo, Jenkins, or similar)
Strong understanding of containerized application delivery
Experience designing solutions for production environments
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
Must be able to travel as needed
