For our Brussels office, we anticipate an upcoming need for a Senior Scrum Master to support one of our trusted clients in the banking sector.

Context:

This role will be within a Mobile Squad currently supported by a trainee Scrum Master. The objective is to bring additional structure, delivery governance, and maturity to the team.

Mobile delivery is considered more specific than classic web or data squads and requires a structured and experienced Scrum Master.

Your Mission:

Take ownership of mobile squad Agile delivery
Strengthen structure and delivery governance
Support feature planning and execution
Ensure delivery predictability and stakeholder transparency
Elevate the squad’s Agile maturity level

Required Profile:

Medior–Senior or Senior Scrum Master
Experience in mobile product delivery environments
Strong delivery mindset (not purely coaching-oriented)
Experience stabilizing or structuring squads
Strong stakeholder management skills

Languages:

English: Mandatory
French and/or Dutch: Plus
