Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to maintain and support our critical platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance. The role involves managing a complex Linux-based environment, improving automation processes, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
What You Will Do:
Maintain and support a critical production platform with high availability requirements
Manage and administer a complex Linux stack including Oracle, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and business applications
Improve and maintain automated deployment processes using Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in production environments
Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with product teams and a Center of Expertise team to enhance platform performance and stability
Ensure system monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
Strong experience in Linux system administration
Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash and Python)
Solid experience with Ansible and Docker
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes
Good knowledge of Oracle databases
Familiarity with Kafka and Elasticsearch is a strong plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Experience in high-availability or production-critical environments
