Financial Controller — Kalm Kitchen
Kalm Kitchen is searching for an exceptional Financial Controller to help lead and strengthen our growing, founder‑led business as we expand into new sectors.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take full ownership of the finance function, including:
Month‑end close
Insightful, board‑level management reporting
Strengthening financial controls
Developing, mentoring, and growing a high‑performing finance team
You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, balancing hands‑on operational responsibilities with strategic decision‑making to support ambitious, self‑funded growth.

Weekly and long‑range cash flow forecasting
