Summary

This Analyst will provide critical daily support to multiple Project Managers within the Electric Utility PMO. This role plays an important part in supporting capital and maintenance programs across the electric utility portfolio. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis capabilities, contract administration experience, and exceptional organizational skills to help drive successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Support multiple Project Managers across transmission and distribution programs.
Organize, track, and validate program-level data for reporting and operational decisions.
Prepare structured documentation, summaries, and business insights for stakeholders.
Assist with development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Create contract requisitions and process payment authorizations.
Maintain and analyze program data using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis skills with the ability to organize and interpret large data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Electric Utility or related Power / Energy industry experience
Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
