Hiring: Senior Process Engineering Consultant – (Texas)

Client is seeking an experienced Process Engineering / Business Process Improvement professional to support operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end review of business processes
Document As-Is and design optimized To-Be workflows
Perform gap analysis & root cause analysis (Lean / Six Sigma)
Translate improved processes into functional & non-functional system requirements
Collaborate with IT & product teams on modular / low-code solutions
Define KPIs and build improvement roadmap
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions

Required:

8+ years in process engineering / operations optimization
Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio)
Strong stakeholder engagement & cross-functional collaboration
Experience writing system requirements

Preferred:

Government / regulated environment experience
Lean certification
Exposure to low-code or automation platforms
