Role: Entry level Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte NC (hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Business Analyst I to support address validation and research initiatives within our Location Lifecycle Management Group. This role is highly research-driven and involves reviewing, verifying, and validating address data across multiple systems and sources.
This is a structured, process-oriented position with repetitive daily tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing focused, detail-heavy work and maintaining accuracy and consistency day in and day out.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct address validation and verification research using internal systems, Google Maps, and other online tools
Identify discrepancies, incorrect, or incomplete address data
Escalate invalid or questionable addresses for correction
Communicate findings clearly and concisely in status updates and summary emails
Support lifecycle management processes related to location data
Assist in identifying missed construction or reporting passes (as applicable)
Document research findings accurately and consistently

What You’ll Be Doing Daily:

Reviewing large volumes of address data
Conducting online research to confirm accuracy
Comparing system records to external data sources
Performing repetitive validation tasks with high attention to detail
Working independently while reporting into leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Communications, Geography, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
Comfortable performing routine, process-driven work
Proficient with Google Maps and basic web research
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage time and stay focused in a structured environment
