Title: Social Media Analytics & Trends Specialist

Responsibilities

Use social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance across platforms.
Track and analyze global social media metrics, extracting insights to inform campaign strategies.
Conduct quarterly social media performance reports and share actionable recommendations.
Research and monitor global social media trends to identify engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure social content aligns with trends.

Requirements

Experience with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite and TikTok Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Experience conducting competitive analysis and researching social media trends.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.
Passion for the beauty industry is a plus.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
