IntaPeople are working with a disruptive financial services organisation who have been recognised as having one of the most exciting upcoming products in Europe. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has a strong focus on the front-end.

You’ll be working closely with a team of Software Engineers and Product Managers to build and maintain modern web applications for their target market.

Responsibilities (at a glance):

Develop and maintain best in class web interfaces using React and JavaScript
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code whilst adopting best practices
Problem solve and resolve performance or usability issues
Work closely with team members across design and backend to deliver great user experiences
Work with stakeholders and non-technical peers
You’ll be involved directly in sprint activities whilst maintaining high quality code through the product and implementing front-end functionality working w Work closely with team members across design and backend to deliver great user experiences.

Essential experience/requirements:

Proven experience as a Front-end Software Engineer (at least 4-5+ years commercial experience)
Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript frameworks
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design
Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
Having experience with TypeScript or NodeJS would be desirable but not essential

A starting salary of £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
