Our client, a major player in the Belgian transport and logistics sector, is seeking a designer to enhance their internal digital ecosystem. This role focuses on transforming complex data-heavy workflows into intuitive interfaces for critical operational systems.

Execute end-to-end UX/UI product design processes from problem framing to final validation.
Create and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems for web and mobile platforms.
Design complex internal applications featuring data-intensive UI elements such as dashboards and bulk actions.
Standardize design patterns across multiple enterprise applications to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality delivery and implementation of design specifications.
Conduct user research and interviews at various operational sites to gather requirements and validate iterations.

What are we looking for?

You have 5+ years of end-to-end UX/UI product design experience covering information architecture and flows.
You bring 3+ years of advanced hands-on experience with Figma, including Auto Layout and variants.
You possess 2+ years of experience designing enterprise-level applications in data-heavy contexts.
You have a proven track record of working with and extending internal Design Systems.
You're able to provide a portfolio with at least 2 recent case studies from the last 3 years.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

Experience in transport or logistics operational environments.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium for user research.
