Here's How You Will Impact SPC

Partnership Nurturing & Growth

Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner account management matters.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent value delivery and satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities for partners, including upselling, cross-selling, and optimizing existing partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet partner needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery of marketing solutions.
Handle escalated client issues and challenging requests, working to resolve them effectively.

Strategic Account Management

Develop and execute partner growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, deliver insights, and recommendations for future growth.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and share key updates with partners.
Ensure alignment between partner goals and company objectives, tracking key metrics, and reporting on campaigns.
Stay informed on student/consumer insights, retail trends, and competitor activity
Provide partners with category intelligence and audience data

Collaboration & Communication

Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure seamless partner on-boarding, compliance, and program execution.
Provide input for marketing initiatives that align with partner objectives, helping to grow account value and improve program performance.
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure they are fully engaged and informed on ongoing activities and progress.

Contract Management & Reporting

Ensure contracts are fully executed in accordance with agreements, negotiating renewals and amendments where necessary to meet both partner and company goals.
Forecast and report on key account metrics, tracking partner growth, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Update CRM data daily to ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.
Track KPIs including impressions, engagement, redemptions, traffic, and ROI
Deliver post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
Optimize campaigns based on performance data
Identify opportunities to improve results and scale successful programs

What You Contribute To The Team

3-5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or business development, with a focus on nurturing existing relationships.
3+ years of experience in account management and marketing collaboration, with demonstrated success developing data-driven growth campaigns that drive upsell, retention, and increased client lifetime value.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term growth.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships concurrently.
BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is an asset
