Global Experience Design / Experience Strategist
Overview
Global Experience Design team is seeking a senior Experience Strategist to accelerate AI enabled transformation across our North America Retail Investments, Canada Wealth, and Global Institutional businesses. This strategist will lead discovery, define AI opportunities, and shape future state concepts that improve workflows and drive measurable impact across marketing and distribution channels.
This is a high visibility, fast moving role ideal for a strategist who excels in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and brings strong service design and storytelling expertise.
Engagement Focus:
Identify AI powered opportunities across wholesaler, marketer, and institutional operations workflows o Focus on marketing operations as an initial priority initiative
Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces through clear frameworks, maps, and narratives
Shape near and future state experiences that illustrate how AI can unlock efficiency, and value, and adoption
Partner with cross functional teams: Experience Design, Digital Product, AI, Engineering, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Sales Enablement
Create compelling insight-driven deliverables that accelerate alignment and decision-making
Key Deliverables:
Current-state workflow assessments across Retail & Institutional based on relevant initiatives
AI opportunity maps and prioritization frameworks
Service blueprints, journey maps, and future-state experience concepts
Visualized AI use cases, storyboards, and concept narratives
Executive-ready strategic decks
Workshop facilitation + synthesized outputs
Must have Skills:
5–7+ years in experience strategy, service design, or digital strategy
Proven ability to identify and shape AI enabled opportunities
Strong service design craft (journey mapping, blueprinting, JTBD, workflow analysis)
Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Figma, Mural)
Nice to have Skills:
Experience in complex, matrixed environments; financial services experience with retail and/or institutional experience preferred
Soft Skills:
Confident facilitator capable of aligning senior stakeholders
Ability to independently drive clarity and structure in ambiguous spaces
