Ready to Where is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team in Dallas.

This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who loves fashion, content creation, and brand strategy — and wants real hands-on experience inside a growing personal styling company.

About the role:

On the marketing side:

Assisting with social media content creation (Instagram posts, stories, reels)
Helping write and schedule weekly mailers
Drafting blog posts
Supporting brand collaborations and partnerships
Assisting with campaign planning and content shoots

On the operational side:

Helping with client clothing orders
Assisting in our showroom
Supporting stylist needs as they arise
Contributing to behind-the-scenes workflow and organization

Qualifications:

Must live in the Dallas area
Some social media marketing experience preferred or currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, fashion merchandising, or a related field
Strong writing skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in fashion and personal styling is a plus
