A high-volume Recruitment & Staffing firm specialising in early-career talent acquisition and workforce solutions for commercial clients across the UK. We run a structured Graduate Development Programme that fast-tracks graduates into client-facing recruitment, sales, and delivery roles, with fully remote participation across the United Kingdom.

Role & Responsibilities

Rotate through Recruitment, Sales, Operations, and Candidate Experience teams to gain end-to-end exposure to the hiring lifecycle.
Source, screen and engage graduate candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS workflows to build high-quality talent pipelines.
Support client account activity: prepare briefs, assist with client calls, and contribute to candidate shortlists and interview coordination.
Drive outbound outreach and business development activities under guidance—support proposal creation, CRM updates and lead nurturing.
Analyse recruitment metrics and produce regular performance reports using Microsoft Excel and CRM data to measure placement outcomes.
Deliver a capstone project solving a real business challenge, present findings to senior stakeholders and embed learnings into team processes.
