Immediate opportunity for RQ10329 - Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This onsite role at 595 Bay Street, 10th Floor, Toronto builds React/Next.js front-ends with Elasticsearch, Node.js/Redis/RabbitMQ/Kafka/Golang backends, data pipelines, and Agile team collaboration across 272 business days (probable extension).

Position Details

Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 595 Bay Street, 10th Floor, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite, 5 days/week from Jan 5, 2026)

Start Date: April 1, 2026

End Date: March 31, 2027

Duration: 272 business days (probable extension)

Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Security Level: CRJMC

Deadline: Wednesday, February 18, 2026, 10:00 AM EST

Must Haves

5+ years React; ideally 3+ years Elasticsearch
Backend stack (Node.js, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Golang or similar)
Agile multidisciplinary team collaboration; strong communication
UI design focusing on accessibility, security, web standards, design systems
