Job Overview

Performs technical tasks including research, development and the improvement of manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, ensure safety and minimize the excessive use of resources.

Your main Tasks

Create master plan of New product introduction and follow up / control all steps of plan
Process / Product design for New product introduction
Create BOM and source for suitable materials specification / materials price
Cost calculation / quotation for New product introduction
Collaboration work with the customer for New Product / New project
Support First Article Sample / PPAP sample to the customers
Support all related documents of product/ process and IATF16949 documentation
Assure the communication to the other Division and the general management
Apply for new resources when needed (Personal, machine, spare parts and material).

Your ideal Background

Masters degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering

+2 year experience in Product/ Process design and assembly processes

Processing machine knowledge (finishing, cable assembly)

English in speaking and writing

ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 18000 knowledge

Experience in Costing and quotation is a plus
