Major Global Organisation
A major global organisation is embarking on a significant HR transformation and we are looking for a proven HRIS Programme Director to lead it.
This is a senior, high visibility role. We are not looking for someone who has supported a module or played a supporting role. We need someone who has led full scale, multi module SuccessFactors programmes across large, complex, enterprise and ideally multinational environments and delivered them successfully.
What We Are Looking For
A track record of leading end to end SAP SuccessFactors delivery across multiple modules such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Recruiting and Compensation
Experience delivering into enterprise organisations with complex HR, payroll and finance landscapes
Proven ability to manage global rollouts with multiple stakeholders, regions and third party system integrators
Strong programme governance capability including RAID management, planning, financial control and executive reporting
Confidence operating at C suite and HR leadership level
Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee life cycle
What You Will Be Responsible For
Owning the full programme life cycle from design through to deployment and hypercare
Driving governance, delivery quality and vendor performance
Managing risk, budget, scope and critical dependencies
Ensuring data integrity, integration stability and compliance
Partnering with change teams to drive adoption and long term value
