Test Plan and Execution: Create comprehensive lab and field test plans. Execute hands-on testing of hardware and integrated solutions to validate performance, reliability, and environmental resilience
Prototyping and Integration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate hardware components, develop working prototypes, and create proofs of concept (PoCs) for new initiatives
Lab Management: Assist in managing the hardware integration lab in Phoenix, including equipment setup, component inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized test environment
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to understand solution requirements, define hardware specifications, and ensure successful integration with software systems
Documentation: Produce clear, concise technical documentation, including evaluation reports, test plans, test results, and integration guides
Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support the development lifecycle
