Position: Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Services
Location: Enumclaw, WA - (2-3 days remote and rest onsite)
Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Reports to: Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Job Summary:
The Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Services reports to the Chief Information Officer and provides organizational and technical leadership to align IT infrastructure and services with corporate business strategy and objectives by planning for, implementing, and operating appropriate technologies and processes. Lead the timely adoption of new technologies and processes when they advance objectives. Enable the success of business units and business application teams. Effectively manage risk in accordance with company risk appetite: security, compliance, business continuity, availability, etc. Direct a combination of supervisors and staff across various functions within Technical Services including Network & Security Administration, Telecommunications, Mainframe, Distributed Processing, Server Administration, Operations, and Help Desk. Build a positive, responsive, customer-focused service culture. Manage budgets to achieve best-in-class operating expenses and staffing levels.
Responsibilities: Infrastructure Services and Operations
Establish, maintain, and execute short and long-term plans (technology, resources, skills, vendors, costs, practices, etc.) that are aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and risk tolerances.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set strategy, standards, and guidelines related to information technology architecture, services, and operations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT projects and services to customers.
Act as technical advisor to the CIO, business units, and IT staff. Stay current with evolving technologies and sourcing models to identify and bring forward those innovations that can be best leveraged to advance our business objectives.
Work closely with the CIO, IT leadership, and business teams to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions.
Information Security
Oversee development and maintenance of information security operations and related policies and procedures.
Ensure secure structures and mechanisms inherent in applications, infrastructure, and the physical environment are aligned with business objectives and risk tolerances.
Oversee information security administration, ensuring sufficient controls exist so that administrative actions comply with corporate policies.
Disaster Recovery
Ensure that IT infrastructure is aligned with company business continuity plans in accordance with business objectives and risk tolerances.
Ensure that adequate testing, training, and other activities are accomplished to assure disaster recovery plans can be effectively executed.
Required Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams.
History of building highly-productive working relationships with peer IT and business leaders.
Proven Infrastructure and Operations leadership using both in-house and hosted delivery models.
Proven planning and execution skills.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of IT Management preferred.
