Full Stack Software Engineer — AI-Powered SaaS Platform | London (Camden) | Competitive + Equity

We are working with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company using AI to transform how a major UK industry operates. In under a year their AI software has surpassed £1m ARR — and they're on track to multiply that. They're aggressively capturing the UK market with international expansion (including the US) coming next.

They're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of their cross-functional product pods, working alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to build and scale the core platform.

The stack: Python (Django), Go, GraphQL, Flutter, Kubernetes (EKS), DataDog, GitLab

What you'll be doing:

Building, testing, and deploying features across the backend with clean, scalable architecture in mind
Designing and evolving APIs, data flows, and integrations as the platform scales
Monitoring and maintaining production systems
Helping define coding standards that balance speed and quality
Collaborating across disciplines and raising the bar across the engineering team

What they're looking for:

3+ years of commercial, production-level experience
Strong across Go, Python, Flutter, and PostgreSQL
Some exposure to AWS, Terraform, GraphQL, gRPC, or Django
Comfortable with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Previous startup or top-tier tech company experience ideal
